For every R20 spent on purchasing tickets at The Barnyard Theatre, you receive one Barnyard Buck. Barnyard Bucks are to be redeemed against ticket purchases only at the same value as the rand - for example, if a ticket costs R65, you will need 65 Barnyard Bucks to "purchase" the ticket.

CONDITIONS:

Barnyard Bucks can only be redeemed from the venue at which the Loyalty Member is registered

Barnyard Bucks can only be accumulated and redeemed on ticket purchases.

Barnyard Bucks can only be used to purchase tickets via a booking consultant.

Barnyard Bucks cannot be used to purchase tickets via the on-line booking system.

In order to accumulate Barnyard Bucks the tickets must be booked in the Loyalty Member's name, the loyalty member must confirm their cell phone number and e-mail address when making the booking

Should any of the loyalty member's details change they must inform the booking consultant, alternatively the loyalty member can update his/her profile online

Barnyard Bucks can be used to offset the full amount of a ticket purchased or part thereof.

The Loyalty Member must notify the booking agent at The Barnyard Theatre at the time of booking that he/she will be redeeming Barnyard Bucks accumulated to purchase a ticket/s. No refunds will be made on payments already received to accommodate the redemption of Barnyard Bucks.

Barnyard Bucks cannot be used to purchase tickets for fundraising or private functions.

Barnyard Bucks accumulated are not transferable.

It is the Loyalty Member's responsibility to notify The Barnyard Theatre of any change of their contact or credit card details.

The Barnyard Theatre reserves the right to withdraw the Loyalty Member's privileges if he/she transgresses any of the conditions listed above.
