- The promoter of this competition is The Barnyard Theatre.
- By entering and/or accepting the prize - if you are a winner - you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.
- Date of holiday: Valid for travel until 30 Sep'26 excluding Valentines Day 14 Feb'26, Easter (3 – 6 Apr'26) and over any Kenya public holidays.
- This Prize Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Prize Valued at R120K includes: Return flights from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport to Mombasa on Kenya Airways including airport taxes (connecting flights would be for prize winners own account). Accommodation: 5 Nights at the 5* Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa, Mombasa in a Double Pool Facing Room based on 2 persons sharing on an All-Inclusive Meal Basis.
- All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking.
- Prize includes return flights from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport (connecting flights would be for prize winners own account).
- Airport transfers to and from hotel included.
- Prize excludes car rental.
- All other expenses such as airline levies, land transportation, meals not specified, items of a personal nature and anything not stipulated above are excluded.
- The Barnyard Theatre or Thompsons Holidays shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the winning person's participation in the competition, or the receipt or use of any part of the prize, or suffered during the course of the prize collection travel, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- This competition is not open to employees of The Barnyard Theatre and all associated advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families.
- The prize winner by accepting the prize assigns all rights to the promoters to publish their names in any promotion, print, or public relations material for the period of the competition and one month after the holiday date.
- Only persons above the age of 18 may enter.
- The winner must have a valid South African passport at the time of the draw. Passports should be valid for the duration of the prize holiday. Should the winner not be able to show a valid passport to The Barnyard Theatre within 1 Week of the draw date, then they will forfeit the prize and in which event The Barnyard Theatre reserves the right to re-draw a new winner under the same terms and conditions.
