WHAT IS MAN? The question that everyone “thinks” they know. But the answer makes or breaks ones thought. “What Is Man” brings forward all that is there, but was kept in the closet. It brings forwards all those words that were unsaid but could be found in all sentences we recite. RESTORING THE LEGACY OF MANHOOD Presidents, chiefs, pastors and teachers have tried to raise the subject but failed, as it was a difficult one. Now, “What Is Man” lets you be in control, you ask your own question and answer it on your own way. Let’s you think about, not only your answer but the manner of your answer, your motivation and justification. WIM let’s you take the subject to deeper theories where you discuss and research through your peers. At the end, WIM is not about the answer, but about the involvement in trying to get the answer being asked. For WIM that is our answer to our question. Get involved in trying to find the answer. That is a man. THE CONQUEROR it’s an indoor outdoor event for all the South African man from different walks of life, professions and backgrounds. This conference it’s a gift to all the women because its objective is to gather all the man in one roof to come with solutions as they discuss issues as abuse, addictions, masculinity, the course of absent fathers, a man’s role in the family, society and community, and how man can become better beings from what the society perceive them today, role models to their children, providers and pillars of strength. THE CONQUEROR in association with WIM has seen the need to create such a platform for man, as a refuge and hiding place to discuss, open up their chest and engage with other man openly about anything and everything rather holistically about life because man are human beings with emotions, feelings, ambitions and dreams as well and they equally deserve to be heard. This conference will have fun activities, competitions, entertainment, braai, car exhibitions, games, super bikes, vintage cars and car wash, the reason for this is to create an environment that has all the activities man enjoy since it is their day.
