SEATING CAPACITY:
The Barnyard Theatre Emperors Palace seats 393. On request we are also able to remove our tables from the yard should your company wish to host bands and therefore require more standing space or if your organization would like to have a dance floor etc

FUNDRAISING
Contact our fundraising specialist to find out how you can make R38,700 profit on a full venue fundraiser package in 1 night or R17,600.00 profit for a half venue fundraiser package in 1 night at Emperors Palace Barnyard. Auctions are also hugely successful means to raise funds

CORPORATE EVENTS
The Barnyard Theatre Emperors Palace has been the venue of choice for hundreds of corporate companies for everything and anything from staff parties, client entertaining, product launches to presentations and awards evenings. Please request a quotation for block bookings or full venue hire. The Barnyard Theatre can be hired with or without a show.

CATERING
The Barnyard Theatres are self-service establishments.
For your convenience you can pre-order food & selected beverages prior to the show or order at the food/bar counter when you arrive. The Barnyard Theatres offer a variety of catering options including Pizzas & Snack Baskets and a Buffet on request. The buffet is available to a minimum of 50 guests. We are also able to tailor-make a menu for exclusive venue functions.

DRESS CODE
Casual / smart / fun / themed dress-up... anything goes!

DECOR
The Barnyard theatre can be hired as is for an old-world yet sophisticated environment or you can opt to decorate the theatre to any theme of your choice. The theatre has on numerous occasions been transformed to suite everything from black tie events to exciting, fun era related themes such as the 60's and 70's. If you wish to add d├ęcor to your event, we can arrange this for you through our preferred suppliers.
