COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR THE BARNYARD THEATRE GROUP.
- Our venues are limited to 50% capacity, our seating has be rearranged accordingly.
- Cloth or disposable masks are essential and must be worn.
- Sanitise your hands at all entrances and exits.
- Maintain social distancing between you and others at all times.
- Tables, equipment and furniture will be sanitised regularly.
- To protect our guests and staff and to prevent a potentially high-risk person from entering, guests are required to be screened on arrival, which includes:
- Allowing their temperature to be scanned with a thermal scanner.
- If a guest's temperature falls within the normal range and they do not show any symptoms they will be required to sanitise their hands and proceed to check-in.
If a guest's temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius and/or they have symptoms of the virus, they will not be allowed to check-in and will be referred to a medical facility as specified by the NICD.
- Complete and sign a questionnaire.
- Queuing systems will be in place to ensure that there is no less than 1.5m between people
- No activity is allowed that encourages crowd gatherings.
- Should a person be refused entry due to positive symptoms of COVID, no refunds will be permitted
- Indemnity is given at each person’s free will. The Barnyard Theatre will not be held liable for any transmission of Covid-19.
We encourage clients if they can to print and fill in the COVID-19 form.
We ask that you please bring the completed form with you as it saves time and alleviates congestion at the door.
