Prize Details and Competition Terms & Conditions
  • The promoter of this competition is The Barnyard Theatre.
  • By entering and/or accepting the prize - if you are a winner - you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.
  • Prize includes return flights from Johannesburg Airport only (not direct flights).
  • Prize excludes car rental and all transfers to and from Johannesburg airport.
  • Date of holiday: From May 2020 to August 2020, this is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and excludes peak periods & public holidays.
  • All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking.
  • Phuket airport transfers included.
  • All other expenses such as airline levies, land transportation, meals not specified, items of a personal nature and anything not stipulated above are excluded.
  • The Barnyard Theatre and its sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the winning couple’s participation in the competition, or the receipt or use of any part of the prize, or suffered during the course of the prize winning travel, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Only persons above the age of 18 may enter.
  • This competition is not open to employees of The Barnyard Theatre, all associated advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families.
  • The winner must have a valid passport at the time of the draw being Tuesday, 17 December 2019 at 10AM which is valid for the dates of the holiday. Should the winner not be able to show a valid passport to The Barnyard Theatre within 1 Week (by close of business on the 24th of December 2019) of the draw date then they will forfeit the prize and in which event The Barnyard Theatre reserves the right to re-draw a new winner under the same terms and conditions.
  • The prize winner by accepting the prize assigns all rights to the promoters to publish their names in any promotion, print, or public relations material for the period of the competition and one month after the holiday date.
  • Winner will be announced 18 December 2019. The winner will be contacted telephonically and details published on The Barnyard Theatre’s social media platforms.
